DLS Research was founded by David Spievack in 2014. David has led research and analytics organizations on both the vendor and client sides in Japan and the United States. He built and managed the customer satisfaction measurement division of Japan Market Research Bureau (now part of Kantar), built and led market research and analytics at PayPal, re-organized and managed the research and marketing analytics functions at Visa, and led research for Capital One’s core subprime card business. David has deep experience managing complex, multinational projects. He has worked on the ground in a number of countries, including but not limited to Australia, Canada, Colombia, the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania, China, Malaysia, Singapore, India, and Japan, where he lived for seven years.
